A bit about After the Tide
After the Tide (ATT) is a crowd-funded short film, currently in post-production. Planning started in April '23, fundraising finished in early September, and shooting began in later October. Due to lack of coverage, the production continue fundraising throughout the holiday in order to return to the beach in February to complete filming.
We’re telling the story of a man reeling from the loss of a miscarriage. The film is set on the beach, where the man is incidentally acquainted with a young child. For a more detailed explanation of our vision, check out our fundraiser.
For the last few months we've been working on the edit, making sure the cut is tight and as disciplined as possible. The film will be complete before the end of December 2024.
