A bit about The Milk Bottle
I wrote the script for The Milk Bottle when I was 16, and it was my first short film. We shot the film on a farm in Hertfordshire. It was a hectic two day shooting involving fire-arms, children, animals and unpredictable weather. We finished the film in September 2018.
Synopsis
THE MILK BOTTLE is a short film about the delicacies and fragility of childhood.
The story follows GEORGE, a young and brittle boy, trudging through the forest in the early hours of the morning under the strict instructions of his rigid father. The duo encounter a flock of pheasants just over the hill, and George suddenly realises why he is really here - to learn how to shoot.
